...her beauty intoxicated the room and I was a spectator. We danced, celebrated and rejoiced as if a queen had rejoined her long lost kingdom. Her presence made things right again.
This past week, my girlfriend Hasmik took a journey of her own: a 10 hour flight from Los Angeles to London to see the English Isle. I couldn't have been happier, as I hope the pictures suggest.
We went to St. Paul's Cathedral, a musical, and even a ballet. Yes, you have read that correctly: a ballet. Nevertheless, she made herself flexible too: we watched football on Sunday, bussing to the Haymarket for the evening. We shopped at Portebello Market in London's Notting Hill, took a half-hour flight on the London Eye, ate gourmet Indian food more times than any sane human would, and even cooked a bit of Korma ourselves (OK, OK, she cooked). It was one of the most enjoyable weeks of my life, and easily the best since I have been in London.
I chose to update the site with the pictures from this past week first, and I will continue updates from the Train Trip shortly.
